I loved it here!!!

I stayed at Lindas for 3 months and loved it! I needed a place to stay following a long awaited move from CA back to MA and the return to a job in Rehoboth, and while I looked for a home to purchase. The home is cozy and quiet and clean, in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. Utilities are included in the rent, and both the AC, heat and appliances work very well. The washer and drier are big and efficient. The kitchen is great and fully equipped and I enjoyed preparing my meals from fresh local produce at the very big counter. I used the bigger of the two bedrooms and slept well - its quiet and comfy. The property borders a golf course and I enjoyed early morning, and evening walks on the golf course road. Linda answered any questions that I had very quickly, and was very accommodating to me. I arrived late the first night and found that she had provided eggs, bread and milk for the following morning. I actually found a new friend in Linda! And highly recommend her rental home.

Excellent Place, Responsive Landlord

I stayed at Lindas apartment for the month of July in 2023 and had a wonderful experience! She was very helpful, checking in frequently with us to see if we needed anything. My brother was recovering from surgery at the time and Linda went far above and beyond to be sure we were both comfortable; I couldnt recommend her more highly. She gave us privacy, and always called if something needed to be done (like bringing in extra pillows for us). The apartment was clean and the appliances were spotless. It was an excellent place and we appreciated all Linda did for us!

Do not recommend

I would not recommend staying at this property. The rental was not clean at all upon arrival even though we paid a non refundable cleaning fee. The apartment was also not prepared in regards to safety (uncovered outlet, rubble from old chimney, and fire alarm with no battery). Linda entered our unit 5 times during a 2 month stay. She asked to enter 2 additional times and we declined because it was getting excessive and making us feel uncomfortable. One of the times she entered was to use the dryer in our unit and one of the times she entered without our permission. She was renovating upstairs during our stay and we were inconvenienced many nights. I had high hopes for our stay and I honestly feel like we were catfished. I genuinely did not enjoy my stay and did not feel comfortable.

3 month stay

I had a wonderful stay at Ls apartment. The home is in a great, safe neighborhood right next to a golf course and is close to everything but isnt right in the middle of a big city. Less than 20 minute drive to Miriam in Providence, and only about 10-15 minutes to downtown Providence. L lives upstairs, and was always very respectful of my night shift schedule (and when I was sleeping) and is so welcoming and sweet. The yard is amazing and I was able to enjoy it multiple times before the weather got too cold. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area!
