We own a two story/ three bedroom/ 2 1/2 bath/ house. All bedrooms are upstairs and each bedroom has a door with a lock and key of its own. The room that you would rent is the largest room of the house. The bathroom is connected to the room. Kitchen, family room, dining room are downstairs. We live in a three bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bath- house. Our daughters have moved out at this point in life, and we have opened our house for you. Even though we have 2 extra bedrooms, we only rent to one nurse/intern at a time. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom and parking space.
Neighborhood overview
We live in an older, established, safe neighborhood. People go on walks and ride bikes a lot. It is a relaxing and safe place to live:) Please read my reviews!

Wonderful place, great landlords!
Wonderful, easygoing house to stay at. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Super close to Chesapeake Regional Medical Center and tons of great places to eat. John and Suanne are very accommodating and super chill. I worked a ton of calls, and they never minded. Would stay all year, but I wasn't offered an extension. Will definitely hate leaving. They are great people. Can't recommend this place enough!

Highly recommend this FF Family! They were beyond kind to me, and I would love to stay with them again if I get another travel contract in VA. They and their home are warm and inviting. The room is beautiful,cozy, and quiet (which is important for us night-shift Nurses.) They made my stay a pleasure.

Loved it here!
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here with S. She was incredibly accommodating and made sure my stay was comfortable. I cannot thank her and her husband enough for their great hospitality -- I definitely felt welcome and like part of the family. I stayed for the summer and it was so wonderful relaxing on the deck or in the pool. The home is conveniently located near restaurants and grocery stores in a safe and quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend this location and would be happy to stay here again.

Home Away From Home
Just as the title states, for almost a year, this place became home away from home! What really stuck out to me about this property, even prior renting, was the renter, S. She was the only renter who took the time to answer all my questions - which made me feel so comfortable with her. Her and her husband are extremely kind, and attentive your needs! Their beautiful home is well kept and located in a quiet neighborhood. I worked nights, during the day the outside noise was rarely noticeable. If ever given the opportunity to come back to the area, I would certainly stay with them again!

EXCELLENT HOST
S is an excellent host. Lovely home. Very clean and safe neighborhood. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome in her home. You will not find a better host. Highly recommend you stay with her. She will treat you like family!!
