Summer sublet

The house was very clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. The location is very close to the rail station. It was clear the host Diana takes real pride in the space. She was also very organized; quick to respond and easy to communicate with. I'd happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a sublet in the area.

Best place to stay

This is the best place to stay! The owner is super nice and considering, and maintains the lovely house well to make everyone feel like a home! And the location is convenient, with walkable distance to daily essentials and bart, caltrain stations - Easy to get into the SF city or go to south Bay Area. It was a fantastic summer staying here!

Great host, great house, great location

This is in an ideal location for a travel nurse at Mills-Peninsula in Burlingame, but the best part about this property is the host, D. She is friendly and welcoming, and keeps her home very clean and organized. Also, the house is within walking distance to a Caltrain/BART station, so it's easy to pop into the city without having to drive. 5/5 recommend!

Great host with a very clean place

D's place was very comfy. It's warm and inviting. I had my own bedroom and bathroom. Each bedroom have their own locks with keys so that you would feel comfortable in your private area. There's access to the washer and dryer. It's very close to Mills Peninsula, which is where my assignment was. D would go out of her way every day to make sure I was comfortable and checked to see if I needed anything. If I ever take another assignment in the area, I would love to come back to D's place to live as I did so

Great and place was super clean!

The owner D is super accommodating. I had my own room and bathroom. Entire house was super clean, I can see why she requests that I take off my shoes at the door. I am only in the area while working, so by time I came home from my long shift, home is quiet and I was able to get well rested before my next shift at the hospital.
