Home away from home!

Me and a friend needed a place to stay during internships and this place was just the best. The street is quiet and felt very safe. Its a 10 minute walk to Berkeley Bowl - the best store ever! Try the Kuni Bea strawberries when theyre in season!! Its a 10 minute walk to the transbay F bus, and about 15 minutes to BART. The home is clean and recently renovated, so everything feels fresh and modern. I was concerned about AC but Berkeley was almost always in the 50s at night, so wed just open the windows after work and it usually felt great by the time we went to bed. Mary was great to work with and so were her property managers who lived upstairs. The property managers were very careful about noise and had great tips for the area. They were quick to check on issues and honestly just felt like good friends. If Im ever in Berkeley again this would be my first choice when looking for housing!

Fantastic stay in this cozy home

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this gem for 3 months. It was truly a fantastic experience. The location couldn't have been better, situated in a quiet and charming neighborhood, yet still conveniently close to all the amenities and diverse restaurants Berkeley has to offer. The property itself was well-maintained and beautifully furnished. It had everything I needed to feel right at home during my extended stay. The attention to detail in the interior design and the cleanliness of the space exceeded my expectations. One of the highlights was the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the Mrs. M and house manager, S. They were incredibly professional, accommodating, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place!
