House is very clean and newly renovated. Owner Mary is also very helpful and kind! Really enjoyed my 3-month stay here

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this gem for 3 months. It was truly a fantastic experience. The location couldn't have been better, situated in a quiet and charming neighborhood, yet still conveniently close to all the amenities and diverse restaurants Berkeley has to offer. The property itself was well-maintained and beautifully furnished. It had everything I needed to feel right at home during my extended stay. The attention to detail in the interior design and the cleanliness of the space exceeded my expectations. One of the highlights was the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the Mrs. M and house manager, S. They were incredibly professional, accommodating, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place!
