Amazing experience

This was my first time renting space in someone's house and I had reservations about the whole deal. Boy would I rent from this guy again. Don is a kind, generous man who just likes having people around. He's good company and doesn't have a bunch of crazy rules. I was made to feel welcome every day.

Home away from home

I cannot begin to explain how amazing Don has been to me. He has not only been an amazing landlord but he has become a friend and a family member. He has treated me like family from the very beginning. I was nervous about living here because it was my first travel contract but Don went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Having access to the downstairs kitchen and laundry was a blessing. The pool in the summer was also a super great bonus! I will forever be grateful to Don for giving me a place to stay where I felt welcome and safe. I would 100% recommend staying here.

Wonderful place to stay!

D and his wife are amazing hosts! I stayed with them for 10 months while working at Saint Thomas Rutherford!! If youre looking a an affordable and clean place to stay this is it!! I was nervous about staying with someone but they make it feel like home, and even have a house keeper that comes by to clean.

INCREDIBLE!!

Limited to the amount of words for this review. Not enough space to explain how WONDERFUL this couple is! The home is GORGEOUS! The owners are AMAZING! Its like living with family, without the family drama. After a long shift at work, it is truly like "coming home". D is there to greet you, always with a smile and great conversation. Yvonne is always ready to giggle with you. They open their home to you, invite you to use their pool, BBQ grill and patio. Always asking if you need anything, if there is anything they can do to make your stay more comfortable. They even extend their maid service to you! Where else are you going to find this?! The space is incredibly comfortable, the bed is amazing. This couple bends over backwards to make your stay memorable. I came in as a renter and left as friends. If you are reading this review, stop searching and secure this place now!

home away from home!

Literally a home away from home. Privacy is not a issue. I worked nights and never had a issue sleeping during the day. Nice neighborhood 10-15min away from everything. Wish I was able to be there in the summer time to enjoy the pool! Host Mr.D is a very family oriented person, friendly, great cook! He is available at all times for anything. Great listener and gives great advice from simple things to major issues. 10/10 Would definitely recommend this space to anyone.
