Travel Nurse Haven

My daughter and I stayed here while we were in Spokane on travel assignments in the area. The house was a perfect spot for the 2 of us! It has everything we needed while we were away from home and was super cozy! Kathy was quick to respond with any questions we had and lives nearby which was great. Highly recommend this property.

Home away from home

Stayed with the family for about 1.5 months in this lovely home. Perfect location and the landlord is super friendly. Everything was great, the place was stylish, clean and we loved the skylight roof panels in the kitchen and the bathroom. Thanks again for letting us stay here.

Clean, Comfortable and Quiet

We stayed at this property for 5 months for a work relocation. We wanted a home rather than an apartment for privacy. Some rentals you find seem to put a renovated home in a bad part of town. Not this place. The neighborhood in the South Hill of Spokane is probably the most desired location to live in all of town. Its peaceful and safe. We regularly saw people walking their dogs or kids playing in the yard. Everyone on the street seems to have lived here awhile and takes pride in their homes. Trader Joes, restaurants, gas and anything else you need is a couple minute drive. The fully fenced yard has many mature trees, a fire pit and the neighbors are friendly. Safe off street parking for 2 vehicles. Inside the house has been tastefully renovated with new appliances and a modern feel. There are lots of windows and a skylight to give a very open feel. The beds are very comfortable. The Wi-Fi handled streaming and online game play. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities you need for a home away from home. The owners are great hosts. They care about your comfort and are available if you need anything. I cant imagine there is a better place for an extended stay away from home and we were so glad we found this home.

Comfortable and Accommodating

Comfortable home with a great yard for pets. We used the 3rd bedroom as an office for working from home, which was very convenient. The host made us feel at home and provided everything that we needed for our stay.

This house has been nothing but pleasant. The owners are so sweet and kind. We have had no issues while living here. It is within 10 minute drive to Sacred Heart Hospital. It is in a safe part of the South Hill. The yard is spacious and fenced in which my pups loved. We definitely would recommend this place to anyone who is coming to Spokane Washington.

Cozy house with large yard!

Great place! Great location! 5-10 minutes to local hospitals. House is spacious and well furnished. Large outside area and lawn. Safe neighborhood. Easy access to Trader Jos and other desirable stores. Host our great, and respond quickly! I would highly recommend this house to anyone traveling to the Spokane area.
