Amazing Place!

Stayed here from June to August 2025 for a summer internship. Such a cute property and located around tons of great food spots. The place is walking distance to Alamo Square and the Panhandle, and the neighborhood always felt safe as a single woman living alone. The other tenants were amazing as well. Jan was always quick to respond and she was incredibly flexible with my two cats. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice move in ready place in SF.

Amazing first sublet!

We loved staying at Jans from Oct24-Jan25. Truly perfect location, a few blocks to Divis, Japantown, Alamo Square, and Fillmore District. Jan was so sweet, welcoming, and responsive. The shared patio was a huge plus, and it was such a wonderful way to get to meet our neighbors and their furry friends! The whole building is typically rented out to other traveling healthcare professionals, so we quickly built friendships with the other tenants. Honestly the best way for us to start our travel journey.

Great pet friendly home in SF

I stayed in several of Jan's units over the course of a year while living in SF, and Im so grateful to have found a comfortable, pet-friendly home. The location is fantastic; safe, walkable, and close to Alamo Square and Divis. Having utilities included was super convenient, and the shared backyard was a huge bonus for my little dog to run around and get some fresh air. Jan was always kind and professional, and the neighbors were great too. Highly recommend!

Great place w/ good location

My partner and I stayed here for the summer with our dog. The place was spacious enough for all three of us & the backyard was a great added bonus for our dog. Theres also parking included which was really helpful & there was a bus/train stop nearby to get anywhere we needed within 30 minutes.

Jan was a great host, quick to respond. Friendly & good safe neighborhood. So glad it came with parking, the lot was safe during my entire stay.

Great spot!

Great Spot! I had the best experience renting this apartment in San Francisco. It was the perfect size and had everything I needed. Plus, it had a cute backyard that my dog absolutely loved! The location was fantastic, with a great dog park nearby and close proximity to my job. It made my daily commute! Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a convenient and cool neighborhood vibe.
