Great space

I stayed at Saras place for the past 5 months and had a great experience. The space includes the entire upstairs, with a private living area that really made it feel like my own apartment. Although the kitchen is shared downstairs, I only ran into Sara a couple of times, so it still felt very private. The bed was comfortable, the location was convenient to work and everyday needs, and everything was well maintained. Sara was a great host and very respectful of space. I would definitely recommend staying here and would rent again without hesitation.

This is a great place to stay. Sara is warm and accommodating, and made my transition back to CO a smooth one. Sara is inviting and friendly but will give you your privacy. I felt needy adjusting to the temperatures again and she was more than willing to accommodate to my comfort. She was also super helpful and loving to my dog which was a bonus. Her easy-going nature made it very comfortable to stay there. Thank you, Sara!

Highly recommend!

This was my first time using Furnished Finder and I really couldn't have had a better experience. Sara was an amazing host and I am so grateful for her opening her space to me. She keeps the place very tidy, is respectful, communicative, and an all around great roommate. It was really nice to have my own private space upstairs. Overall, the place was very quiet/peaceful, the neighbors are friendly, and the area felt very safe. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

Perfect Traveler's Haven!

Sara is an outstanding host and her home is a gem! Relaxing, clean, quiet, beautiful living space. Sara is clear, thoughtful and easy to communicate with. This was the most comfort and ease I've had sharing space with anyone in a home. Ideal location for easy access to University of Denver, UC Anschutes, DTC, and Cherry Creek. 10/10 highly recommend!

Amazing Stay

Stayed here over the summer during my internship, property owner was amazing and super respectful. The entire space was very well kept, surprisingly quite for being in the city. Property location was also great, close to everything you could ever think of. Highly recommend this location.

Traveling RN

Ss property is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Shes super clean and easy going. The environment is very easy, and we were happy to be there. Thankful she let us keep extending! She was also super great with contact and was quit to reply when I would reach out to her. Black out shades and blinds were 10/10. Ha. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others.

Comfy clean

The place was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, plenty of privacy. The location was perfect, close enough to downtown Denver and great hiking areas. There is a trail one block away great for walks, runs, bike riding. The owner S was friendly and helpful sharing favorite trails and restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay there again and hope to do so soon!

Amazing!

S was an amazing host. Space provided was clean and had everything I needed. She was super accommodating of me and my cats, and a great person to get to know. Highly recommend staying here!
