Wonderful host and a great home

We had a great experience staying here. The landlord was very responsive and quick to address any issues that came up, which made our stay smooth and stress free. The house is also very spacious, especially if youre traveling with family. There was plenty of room for the kids to play both inside and in the backyard, which was a huge plus for us. Another big bonus was the location we were very close to everything, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to others.

I had a fantastic experience living at this property. The house is in the perfect locationclose to everything I needed, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The landlord was truly wonderfulattentive, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was in great condition throughout my stay. Its rare to find someone so easy to work with and reliable. I couldnt have asked for a better rental experience!

My boyfriend, dog, and I stayed here for my travel contract and it was perfect! Location was great, I felt safe in the area to walk my dog alone, and the house had everything we needed! 100% would stay here again if I needed to!

My family had the best experience.

Me, my wife, our infant son, and 2 small dogs stayed here for my travel contract. The house was very cozy and conveniently located to everything Lexington had to offer. Daniel was an amazing landlord, immediately fixed any issue that came up. He made our comfort and needs a priority and made sure everything was taken care of. If I ever have another contract in Lexington, we'll absolutely be staying in one of his homes.

Great host and place!

My fiance and I stayed here for a travel nursing contract, and this place was perfect. Our dogs loved the HUGE backyard. In addition, D was an exceptional host. He was very flexible and provided lawn care and even shoveled the snow for us one day after a snowstorm. We would love to come back here!

Safe, cozy, close to everything

D is an amazing property owner. He is super thoughtful and takes care of his travelers. House is cozy and close to everything. I felt extremely safe here. This house everything that you need. D is very communicative. All yard work needed (cutting grass) is scheduled around your days off. Just bring your suitcases! Two bedrooms are furnished and one is not. My husband used the unfurnished room as a work space since he works remote. The internet is top notch here. There is one bathroom but it has a two sink vanity. We had plenty of space. I would stay here again and would absolutely recommend any of D's houses! Baptist, UK, and st Josephs are all within 10 minutes.
