Cozy Casita, Great Location!

I stayed close to a year at this great little casita near the Biltmore area in Phoenix. Quiet, beautiful backyard, lots of great dining, drinks, and activities in the area, you can't beat it! Amy consistently went out of her way to make sure I always had everything I needed. Give the Desert Awaysis a try!

Messy

Upon moving in, apartment was dirty and dusty on all surfaces. Countertops, fans, floors, night stands etc. There was a damaged lamp shade and toilet seat in which I was then charged for upon moving out. As landlord lives in separate state, cleaning service is final word on damages. Make sure landlord knows every single detail or else you WILL be charged for things that you didnt do. Unpleasant experience.

Great stay

I had an amazing time at this FF. From the start, the host was easy to communicate with and responsive. The neighborhood was quiet and the unit had everything you needed. I would definitely stay again!

Great location and cozy accomodation in Midtown

This property has everything you'd need for a great stay in Phoenix. The space is very cozy and the host is quite gracious! The location is minutes from downtown and the Camelback area. It was great to have a full kitchen and a small private outdoor area. I absolutely recommend this property for your stay in Phoenix.
