Awesome apartment

Great apartment that overlooks a nice "park" area with a big tree. The neighborhood is very family friendly and good for daily walks. It's safe and well lit. It's less than a mile from the rail trail and centrally located. The landlords are great and I had everything I needed. It's right across from food lion. I loved living here

Great place to stay

Its basically a whole house. Comfy furniture to relax in and theres a giant king-sized bed in the master suite. House is completely furnished complete with full sized kitchen with utensils, pots, and pans. The fridge has a water and ice dispenser and when I moved in there were new cartridges for me to use for it. Apartment offers a big TV and tons of space if you need it. The area is nice and safe and you see people out walking their dogs and chatting so its a friendly neighborhood. Oh, and in house washer and dryer so no leaving the house for laundry day which is just fabulous. Assigned parking space so you dont have to worry about not having a spot. Easy access to I-95 and I-20. Also easy access to hospitals. Owner is very responsive, he always answers back promptly. Would definitely recommend staying here if you end up in Florence.

Property review

This property was very spacious and quiet for my family of three with our dog. The owner was prompt in his reply to any questions or requests that I had. The location of this property was close and convenient to the hospital (MUSC McCloud) where I worked. The neighbors were friendly, and I felt safe in this neighborhood.
