Would Recommend!
Great property! Clean, well equipped, great location- close to DC and Medstar Georgetown Hospital. Also in good location within Arlington. Easy on street parking. Apartment is spacious with lots of natural light, feels very private for basement apartment. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent Stay: Large Space, Great Location, Accommodating Owners
I stayed here in the summer of 2022 for an internship in North Rosslyn, and I highly recommend this place. It is situated in a nice suburban neighborhood yet very close to Ballston/Clarendon/Rosslyn/DC. It is about a 15 minute walk to the metro. The place is very spacious and has everything you could want in a rental (furnished living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom). The owners are super nice and accommodating.
