This East Nashville 3 bedroom house met all of our needs. Spacious, comfortable, clean and good location! The open concept from front door to back was a pleasant surprise since the online pictures didn't depict that space. We were disappointed the cold weather did not allow us to use the screened back deck. Such a lovely addition!! The neighborhood is quiet and walkable. It was a nice discovery to find the trailheads to the greenway were close, along with the short distance to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and retail. The landlord was great to work with. Our stay was during the worst ice storm in Nashville history and Ed was in constant contact with us to insure our comfort and safety. The property manager lives close by which was helpful for any of our needs. Very responsive, kind and respectful! We would certainly stay again if the opportunity or need would arise.
