Great Unit and Great Owners
As a traveling Healthcare provider, I was very pleased with my stay here during my contract. The owners are kind with great communication, with quick responses to your questions. The neighborhood is great, there are 2 parks nearby if you like to walk your dog or go on a run. The neighbors are nice and quiet with no noise issues. Overall the space is great for short/long term stay!

Quiet, safe, clean, and convenient.
This is a fantastic short term private apartment for someone who is going to be working in Iowa City. I stayed here for six months while working as a travel nurse at Iowa Health. There is your own free parking spot right next to the unit. The unit has a spare bedroom for storage or guests. New washer, dryer, and dishwasher all in the unit.The bathroom is updated with a great shower. I enjoyed cooking in the fully loaded kitchen too. The beds and pillows get a five star rating also. I honestly did not have one bad issue while staying here. I recommend this unit and would definitely stay here again if I ever work in Iowa City in the future. This place is truly quiet, safe, clean, and convenient. ~Philip Glass

Great Stay!
I had a great 3 month stay here! R was an awesome landlord-she communicated very well and was fast to answer/solve any issues that arose. The location was a quick drive to the hospital (walking seemed fine too, I just never did) and close to the grocery store and downtown area. The place was clean and the kitchen was well equipped to make meals. Lots of room and storage, also the place had nice bathroom towels. If I'm ever in IC again, I would stay here!

Cute apartment
This apartment has all the basic necessities for a long-term stay. I stayed there for three months for a travel assignment. Has a fully equipped kitchen( fridge, oven, dishwasher, and cooking utensils). Has a washer and dryer closet full of towels two bedrooms with comfy mattresses. A nice big TV with couches I felt right at home. Was fully stocked with supplies also left during the beginning of winter the heating system is amazing. Had no problem with safety walmart and aldi are 3 minutes away.
