Perfect 3 Month Experience!

I stayed in Tim's apartment for 3 months while completing a clinical and it was perfect! The apartment is in a great location in Rino with lots of breweries and restaurants across the street. It is walkable to downtown Denver, Coors Field, and much more! There is a covered parking spot which is perfect, as well as free street parking everywhere- I had never had an issue with parking for the entirety of the 3 months I stayed. Tim was very responsive and always available to answer any questions and provide assistance if needed. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and would stay again if I find myself in Denver!

Amazing Stay in downtown RINO

We stayed here for about 6 months while on a travel contract and had a wonderful experience. The space is large and open with a small but functional balcony off the main bedroom. T would not have been kinder and was quick to respond with any questions we had. I would absolutely stay here again!!

Great all around!

This place is everything you could ask for right in the heart of Denver! If you love a convenient location, great landlord communication and a contemporary cozy feel.. this is it! Walk out the front door to some of the best breweries Denver has to offer, coffee shops and restaurants. We never truly had any issues in our 6 months living here and if there was, Tim was on top of it with someone there to help us almost immediately. Ive never felt unsafe in this area and the covered parking spot is a life savor when theres snow and in general for the busy area. I absolutely loved living here and plan to be back in the future!
