cautionary tale

I stayed in the unit in the same building as this one and I would write a review but they don't have it on FF. I stayed in the bottom apartment and planned to stay here until the end of August. Unfortunately, I had two scary incidents where someone banged on my window and yelled for me to open the door two nights in a row. I was scared and shared this with my host and told them I would not be staying. They seemed understanding but after leaving they refused to give me my deposit back. Ultimately I just caution any single female travelers to think twice before booking in this location.

Awesome property - Great value - Awesome hosts

The property was as described. The unit had recently been remodeled, so everything was new and well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet, very safe, and walkable. The hosts, J and V were very responsive to my requests and inquiries. I would recommend this property to anyone who is visiting Dallas.
