The space is great for 1 or 2 people. Closet space is large, and there is plenty of storage. It is a basement unit, and all windows open and are screened for airflow. Entry door has a dog door. I have a dog who has gotten along with all dogs who've come with new tenants (even the ones that "don't get along" with other dogs). I am a volunteer dog trainer and have a well-trained dog. Neighborhood overview
Residential neighborhood with acommunity pea-patch a block away. We're a block away from the Interurban trail--great for cycling. Carkeek park is also easily accessed, as are the pubs and restaurants, grocery stores and bookstores of Greenwood. We love walking the back alleys around the neighborhood. Great place!
Loved staying with S! She was a great landlord, very welcoming, we were instantly comfortable in the space. She was great with our cat helping out with him when we wanted to explore. The space is bigger than you think, perfectly comfortable for 2 people and a cat. Lots of storage space and access to the laundry and parking was essential in Seattle! Great location, walkable neighborhood, close to the Northgate light rail. Only 3 stops from Northgate to UW. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to the area!
