This property was our first big renovation project and continues with refurbishing and updating that we do ourselves! We have been renting our Malden Ave apartments for 30 years on long term leases, with tenants that stay for years. Many of our renters have been in the medical or tech professions and leased our apartments, in part, because of the location. We realized our proximity to so many hospitals, clinics, University of Washington and the new complexes at Lake Union would be a perfect fit for short term tenants.
