Great stay for travelers!
G's a great host who maintains a nice house stocked with all the basics you'd need! He's quick to respond to any and all questions/concerns. House was clean and accommodating, the neighborhood was quiet. Great proximity to IU Campus, great for travelers who work there, and the zoo is just up the street. Great central location, parking was never a hassle and excellent proximity to downtown and nearby suburbs!

Quaint Little House
G. was the best! Very hospitable and accommodating! He pretty much thought of everything with this property and whatever he didnt think of, he accommodated us by making it happen. The property was clean and comfortable. Complete home away from home. Thanks G for making us feel welcome!

Place is real nice, 5 minutes from IU and surrounding hospitals, zoo, white river park and downtown Indianapolis. The owner G is super nice and very accommodating. He made sure that we had everything for comfort for home away from home. Would definitely stay there again if given the opportunity.
