Great stay! Ismael and Delitza were great host and so kind. Anytime I needed something they were quick to answer. Nice outside area very spacious. Bathroom is fully renovated! Several kitchen appliances and tools!

Amazing Stay while in Orlando

I had an absolutely incredible stay at Ismael Viruet's Apartment! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the attention to detail and thoughtfulness that went into making this space feel like a home away from home. The apartment itself was also fantastic - clean, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the really cold AC with its own remote, which made my time there all the more enjoyable. But what truly made my stay memorable was the warmth and kindness of my hosts. Ismael was incredibly welcoming and always available to help with any questions or concerns I had. From providing insider tips on the best local spots to offering a ride to the airport, he went out of his way to make me feel at home. I highly recommend Ismael's apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the Orlando area. Thank you again, Ismael for such a wonderful experience!

Privacy and comfort

I absolutely loved staying in this little apartment. It has everything you need and well placed. You can relax in the couch or do some office work by the table. Fridge is comfortable enough to fit a good amount of groceries and kitchen is equipped with stove top, airfryer and microwave. The room has a lot of natural light that can be completely blackout with the curtains. The bed was very comfy and I could watch tv from it, which was nice, this is something I don't do ever, so I enjoyed it. I loved the bathroom: modern and very well made. All in all, it felt like staying at a high-end hotel. The area is very safe and relax, the landlord is very attentive and answered all of my questions. I was traveling to have some relax time and hangout and I felt safe returning at night which is very important to me. I absolutely recommend this property for its comfort, convenience, safety and proximity to many places of interest.

Great Housing

I stayed at this property during my clinical rotations and was very pleased with how accommodating the host was. I had my own private entrance into the property, a kitchen to meal prep in, and a private bathroom. Overall, the unit was very clean and cozy and I would definitely recommend this property to future professionals.

I stayed here and I was miserable with these people!

I stayed for few months and I was miserable. The worst stay I ever experience my whole life. He took one month worth of deposit and refused to release my deposit when I left. He first said he won't give my deposit back because I left early even though I paid full rent; I got a lawyer and sent him a letter. Then he came up with falsified damages and released only portion of my deposit. I do have a video of the house when I left with nothing being damaged. They are just not good people. Even during my stay, they made my life a living hell and as a busy medical student I couldn't really deal with them. I was minding my own business and I got a phone call from the husband one time which he said "my wife saw you outside and you didn't say hi to her and she is very upset, just letting you know while you stay here you can't disrespect my wife and you need to get along with her. Literally I had to write a formal email so they stop texting and calling me and they still wouldn't leave me alone.
