The home is located next to a large community park that boasts a 18-hole disk golf course and a walking / bicycle trail. This has two adjacent rooms, bedroom in addition to a living area which has a kitchenette, which can be locked by renter, and a private, designated bath. The entrance is through our back door and then immediately down the stairs. There is very little contact with us unless desired. We share a laundry room, and the renter has access to a shelf in our large freezer located in the laundry room.
