Great Stay!

My stay was great! Andrea is a wonderful host and responsive to questions or needs. Quiet neighborhood that is safe to go for walks in. The room is clean, quiet and spacious with large bathroom/vanity and walk in closet. The recliner was perfect for taking power naps and the bed was comfortable. I will definitely stay here again if the need arises!

Perfect for medical students

I stayed here as a 4th year medical student completing a rotation at university hospital which worked out very well. My commute almost always took less than 15 minutes. I had several night and weekend shifts, but I never had any issues sleeping because it was always quiet in the home and had blackout curtains in the bedroom. It was also amazing to have a separate room with a desk just to myself which made it easy to work on my applications after a shift or could allow you to do interviews privately if you are scheduled for them on the road. The WiFi was fast and I had the laundry room and kitchen available to me. It had everything I needed!

Great Stay!

I had a great stay at this property! The owner is very kind and willing to give advice on good outdoor parks/trails as well as various tourist sites throughout the city. The 2 private bedrooms you rent are a traditional bedroom as pictured and an extra room with TV, desk, and sofa. The bed was extremely comfortable and blackout curtains worked wonders; the bathroom is in great shape as well! The owner's two cats are very shy and never approached me during my stay. It would be useful to bring your own skillets and saucepans if you cook meals requiring more than one pan at a time. The owner cleared out a spot for me in the pantry, fridge, and freezer. Recycling and compost were available too. The location is ideal since you can get on the Hwy 410 loop at two different locations that are nearly equidistant from the house. The neighborhood was very pleasant and I felt consistently felt safe. Plenty of sidewalks for walks/runs. Price for this location is incredibly reasonable!

Great place for travel nurses

This is a great place to stay for travel nurses. It has everything a travel nurse needs-clean, quiet and in a very safe neighborhood. The property is located very close to the medical district of San Antonio which was a major plus for me. The owner is great, unobtrusive and always available if needed. I ended up staying over three months in this home and would happily go back there in the future.
