Amazing Place
I stayed at Pepi's place for four months, from September to December, and really enjoyed it. The space is cozy, clean, and very private, with its own entrance and a newly updated bathroom. There was always heat and hot water. Pepi is a great landlordfriendly and quick to respond whenever needed. The only small suggestion I have is to add a foldable table for eating. Other than that, its a great place, and I highly recommend it!

Perfect Place!
I am a traveling healthcare worker and this place met & exceeded my expectations. Comfy bed, everything I needed, great location near public transit, restaurants, stores, beaches, coffee shops. Owner extremely responsive, thoughtful & made sure I had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again if back in Chicago!
