We stayed at this rental for about 8 months and couldnt have asked for a better experience. The location was a huge highlight- just a short walk to the beach, which allowed us to enjoy peaceful morning walks before starting work. Its also within walking distance to a small grocery store, shops, local cafs, and some great food trucks. The space itself was perfect for two people. The layout was comfortable and functional, with a full kitchen stocked with everything we needed for cooking at home. The bed was very comfortable, and we especially appreciated the natural light throughout the unit. The owner is awesome and very responsive. He was flexible and willing to work with us when we wanted to extend our stay. He gave us recommendations for nearby eateries and checked-in via text to ensure our stay was going well. This rental was an ideal home base. We'd stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-equipped, well-located place for an extended stay.

Great place to stay!

This place was perfect! Very clean and had everything you needed and then some. Lots of space for two people. People in the building were friendly. The owner is fantastic and great at responding if you have any questions or needs. Great location as well. In walking distance to the beach and many restaurants/shops. Also, have a bus stop across the street. 10/10! Highly recommend!! Would 100% stay here again! The only negative during my stay was that the rooftop/pool was under construction.

The Perfect Place

T's place is just perfect! The apartment has everything you need- just pack your bags and arrive. The kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, washer/dryer are all stocked to make your stay easy and comfortable. The bed (and couch) are so comfy to sleep on, the view is phenomenal, the location is THE best. It's a short walk to beaches and to downtown Waikiki, but far enough out that it's quiet in the evenings. Waikiki Brewing Company, a cafe/tattoo shop, subway, pho restaurant, etc. are all right below the apartment. It's also an easy walk to Ala Moana center and a short drive to anywhere else you'd like to go. T's is amazing at communicating with you before and during your stay. He made the process so easy and made sure I felt safe in his space and gave me lots of recommendations. After moving back home I long for the days I lived here and evenings I spent on the balcony enjoying the view.

Five Stars All Around

I stayed at Ts place in Waikiki for five months while working at Kapiolani Medical Center. I got so lucky I found such a perfect and affordable place to stay. Everything about this condo was five stars. The location was an easy 5 minute walk to Waikiki beach, and a safe/ easy 10 minute walk to downtown Waikiki (which was nice if I didnt feel like dealing with traffic or parking). The condo itself is clean, recently updated, spacious (especially for being in downtown Waikiki), and has ocean views from the living room/ balcony, and master bedroom. The bed is super comfortable! But my FAVORITE part is THE ROOFTOP POOL (and sauna) which was almost always empty. I spent a lot of time here, as it was a great private escape! T was a great landlord! Being a younger female traveling alone, he made sure I had the resources to feel safe. He gave me contact info for locals in case I needed to reach out for anything. Ts response time to any questions/ concerns was always very prompt

Great central spot

Ts place comfortable and clean.. He was easy to communicate with, and the one issue I had (a broken shower handle) was handled within the day Its a busy area, so there is street noise if youre sensitive to that but I didnt find it disruptive Theres plenty of good food and coffee and Waikiki beaches within walking distance I would definitely rent again if I came back another Production!!!
