3 Month stay

I was there for 3 months for a travel assignment in AZ. Very clean place to stay. Alex is very accommodating and responds quickly. I locked myself out one night and he came right away to help unlock the door. There were some problems with the wifi occasionally, but Alex was prompt and responsive and it was fixed that same day. Great place to stay! I would definitely stay again if I am back in AZ.

Great place

We stayed here for our first travel assignment at Banner Boswell and A makes the whole experience so much easier. The place is clean and neat, with most essentials already in place. A is very prompt and easy to reach via text; we ran in problems with the fan and smoke alarm and it was fixed within the day! Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed staying here

I lived here for a traveling contract at Banner Del E Webb. The commute was about 20-30 mins depending on traffic and its about 15 mins from Banner Boswell. The house is fully functional. The TVs in the BD and LR are SMART TVs, so youre able to access your personal streaming services. The tub is raised in the BR, so you have to be mindful when entering and exiting. The owners do have a dog, it rarely barks, so there wasnt any interruption of sleep day or night. I only had one issue with the AC and that was fixed within 1-1.5hr. As a Landlord, A is really approachable and down to earth. Prior to staying here, A did want to have a Zoom call where he asked basic questions nothing too difficult. He provides a welcome packet email with house rules and a few bits of travel information for those who do not know the area. Overall the house has a really comfortable/homey feel, the neighborhood is very quiet, and its near local hangouts. I would definitely stay here again.
