Great Economical

I stayed here for my 13 week contract., I must say I had a great experience. The 1 bed/1 bath apartment was clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything I needed. The location was perfectclose to everything, making my day-to-day super convenient. The host was incredibly attentive and always went above and beyond. Any time I needed something, she responded quickly and made sure it was taken care of in the best way Helen could. Truly one of the best hosting experiences Ive had while traveling for work. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to any fellow travelers!

Beware

I checked into a house half cleaned, heat vent broke oven dirty, shelves dirty, no broom or mop/ swifter to clean, toilet holder broke. Sent photos to both the owner and property manager. Gave them the grace to fix and I wiped down the shelves. I asked for the first two week for cleaning supplies. After receiving a broom, I left and came back to my car side mirror being broken. Even though the cameras are on the property they don't work. Refused to refund deposit and or prorate rent. Overall my entire stay has been handled in the most inconsiderate and unprofessional manner. I do not recommend their services. 0 out of 10 stars do not recommend.

Upon being notified of the initial concerns at check-in, we responded promptly and worked diligently to address each item in a timely manner. The heat vent was repaired, a broom and mop were delivered, and the necessary maintenance was completed. We strive to resolve all issues quickly and respectfully, and your patience during that process was appreciated. Regarding the damage to your cars side mirror, we understand how upsetting that must have been. However, as was communicated at the time, our exterior security cameras are not monitored 24/7 and did not capture any relevant footage. We advised filing a police report, as personal vehicle incidents fall outside the scope of our property coverage. In regard to the security deposit and prorated rent, we followed the terms outlined in the lease agreement. We understand this may not be the outcome you hoped for, but we must remain consistent and fair to all our tenants. While we regret that your stay did not meet your expectations, we remain committed to providing clean, safe, and well-maintained properties for all our guests. We take all feedback seriously and will continue to use it to improve our service moving forward.
