Amazing stay!!

I rented a room here for the last 6 months as a travel nurse and had nothing but an amazing stay! The location was perfect for where I was working and the gated community was an oasis of relaxation. The house itself, aside from being gorgeous, had everything I needed and more. There is access to a great kitchen with nice appliances, convenient and new laundry machines, shared common spaces, a patio, and more. Staying with Stacie was such a great experience as well - she is very kind and friendly, cares deeply, and is a joy to be around. I couldn’t ask for a better renting experience and grateful for my time here! I highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to rent!

Must-stay home!

I stayed here for 3 months and had a great time! The place is spacious but homey, amazing areas inside and out to sit and relax, and the kitchen is fully equipped for anything you could possibly need. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and theres many restaurants and activities located close by. Stacie is an amazing host and made sure all of my needs were met. She takes pride in having a clean and inviting home, respects you space, and took the time to ask how I was doing on a regular basis. She is a genuinely kind person and takes care of you like youve known each other for years. I recommend that if you need a place to stay, stay here!

Home away from home

I had the pleasure of renting a room from this home owner for the past three months, and I can honestly say that my experience was exceptional! From the day I moved in, she went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and settled. The gated community was in a great location that always felt safe. The home was beautiful, always clean, spacious, and well-maintained. She was always approachable and responsive to any communication. She was considerate and respectful of my privacy, yet always available when I needed something or had a question. I was in this area on a clinical rotation and coming home to chat with her after a long day at the clinic always made me feel at home. I can confidently say that renting from this home owner is one of the best rentals Ive experienced. I would absolutely recommend renting a room, and if I ever find myself in need of a rental in the area in the future I wouldnt hesitate to reach out again!

The best in Chandler - Ocotille

This is the best in Chandler that you can find for a most clean, convenient and safe location. Stacie was always attentive to your needs and request, staying here feels just like home away from home. This gated community is convenient located close to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping centers, highways, and Intel. Anywhere you go is just a stone throw distance. Stacie keeps the house very clean and ordered, you're free to use shared area, kitchen, living room, and laundry room. My experience of staying here was wonderful!

Best room ever

I had the pleasure of living in what can only be described as a dream house for the past eight months. This place is incredibly spacious and immaculately cleanevery spot literally shines. It's a cozy place that instantly feels like home. Miss S, the wonderful host, makes you feel extremely comfortable from the moment you walk in. The kitchen is fully equipped, and you're free to prepare all your meals. If you're lucky, you might even get to enjoy some of Miss S's delicious desserts. Sharing the second floor with another tenant was a delightful experience. All the people who pass through here are incredible and have become my second family. Leaving was truly difficult because it's rare to find a place like this. Miss S is like my second mom; she cares deeply about her tenants and is always ready to offer valuable advice. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming, comfortable, and clean home away from home.
