Monika is Awesome!

Amazing space and was perfect for our needs while in Los Angeles. M was always so responsive to our inquiries and always notified us when maintenance was being done in the complex. Would certainly recommend M and this space to all!

Comfortable, Clean, Convenient

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Clean, well furnished, conveniently located and lots of amenities. I enjoyed lounging at the pool during off days and relaxing in the jacuzzi in the evenings. Quiet, peaceful atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again.

ABSOLUTE GEM

I loved this condo. Its great location by all the major highways. Nice stores in the area. Inside the unit is brand new everything is modern spotless clean and very luxurious. I needed a short term stay for a project I was working on and I loved staying there, Id recommend it to anyone.

Best Condo in the San Fernando Valley

This condo its Amazing, truly! I felt lucky this was available. Cozy, yet modern. The attention to detail in every area and the cleanliness its a 10/10. The closet was my favorite, and the kitchen makes you feel so sophisticated no matter youre having take out with a glass of wine or cook yourself. I was in town for work and I enjoyed being close to the freeway and next to Ventura Bulevard where all good restaurants are. I definitely recommend it and I will surely rent again when Im back in LA. Thanks for a wonderful stay! BEDS ARE SO COMFORTABLE
