Great spot for an individual with close proximity to Olde Town and the rail station. The space has everything you need to start living with minimal additional items required. The landlord is easy to work with.

Great Stay in Arvada :)

Great apartment and awesome location! Super easy to walk to Olde Town. I stayed for 6 months and thoroughly enjoyed myself. The host is awesome - flexible and communicative. Would recommend to any of my family and friends. :)

Awesome Landlords

The landlords were fantastic and easy to communicate with. The unit is very close to olde town Arvada at just under a 15 min walk. The neighborhood is safe and we never felt uncomfortable. The unit was clean and satisfactory for our stay. We enjoyed the outdoor seating area and off street parking. Thank you to the landlords for a great experience!

Great location, great owners, great experience

I had a great experience from beginning to end at this property. K was friendly and responsive. It was fun seeing their dog play outside the window in the snow. The location is stellar as it is a quick walk to Olde Town Arvada. I also took the light rail from the Olde Town station to downtown multiple times-- and even all the way to the airport. The space is cozy and well appointed, more than enough space for 1 person. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfection!

I stayed here for 6 months, and it was exactly what I needed! Awesome space, location, appliances, outdoor area, and great host!!! I walked to Old Town Arvada almost daily. Would stay here again and again!
