Wonderful landlord and clean, convenient studio

We had rented this unit for our nanny while we were working on location in Fort Worth. It was very well priced and extremely convenient to all of Fort Worth. It's clean and updated and walkable to so many places. Francesco and his wife were lovely to deal with and always took care of everything in a timely way. Highly recommend.

Templeton Studio

I stayed at this studio during my travel nurse assignment. It exceeded all my expectations. Its great location, clean and up-to-date amenities, and walkable neighborhood made for an unforgettable experience. It is walking distance to shopping and restaurants. I like to walk and I felt safe walking around the neighborhood in the evenings. I must also commend the hosts for their exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a truly delightful and convenient stay in Fort Worth, Texas.

Comfortable, Clean Studio in a Safe and Convenient Location!

I had a great stay at this studio! The landlord was incredibly helpful and always available if I needed anything. The space was spotlessly clean, and all the appliances were new and in perfect working condition. Having an in-unit washer, dryer, and TV was a big plus, and the bed was very comfortable. The studio is in a safe location, and while I had to park on the street, my car was always safe. It's also within walking distance of shopping centers and restaurants, which made getting around super convenient. Highly recommend this place!

Excellent Stay

I stayed in this studio for 3 months. It is very comfortable and clean with updated appliances. I would absolutely stay again!

AMAZING PROPERTY!!! LOOK NO FURTHER!!!

It took me a while to write this review, but I consider it very important to mention how amazing our stay in this studio was. Im a travel nurse, however, in this occasion I had to take care of my mom, who thank God, had the opportunity to get a kidney transplant. We could not choose a better place for her recovery. The studio has high ceilings, it is an extremely clean, modern place and it has everything you could possibly need. This studio is close to hospitals, I could go walking to Target and Ross among other stores, is very cozy, but most importantly, customer service is top notch. F and his wife were always available if needed, and they are amazing people! At times, they even helped us to move our trash can to the sidewalk for the trash to be picked up. We stayed there for 2 months and we never had any problems. We are very grateful with them for our experience, and we would never hesitate to go back to the place where we were so comfortable! Thank you!

Would absolutely stay here again or at another property with the owners

This was the perfect spot for me while on a travel nurse assignment. Plenty of privacy, lots of storage/space, good lighting and felt safe at all times. Property owners are easy to contact and are friendly. I never had any issues, but felt confident they would be readily available if needed. Parking on street in front of home always felt safe and neighbors are friendly. A lot of opportunity to walk to many restaurants, shops, and activities. Easy area to navigate. Was very sad to leave as I felt I was able to make this studio mine and I felt so cozy inside! Enjoyed my stay.
