The best part about this property is that it is so close to one of the best beaches in all of Florida..Clearwater Beach. There are other beautiful beaches and locations of note as well. If you happen to have a contract with Morton Plant Hospital it's only a 6 minute drive!

First floor of a 2 unit building. There is a tenant above this unit. But only one person who is very quiet and responsible. It's quite spacious. Some people use the second bedroom as an office or art studio (currently). All my units are different in one way or another. This one has a nice porch area that is somewhat shaded. It faces Brown's Ct which is a private road with minimal traffic. Roof was replaced in 2023.
SAFE. QUIET. Walkable to downtown and Coachman Park. A block away from Natures Food Patch and other shopping.
Nice stay
It's a nice place. There is a daycare next door so during the weekdays there is a lot of coming and going. That being said I worked nights and I did not have any issues sleeping. At night it was quiet. There is a lot of room and even a pantry. The bed was comfortable. I stayed here with my dog and there is a really nice park with a dog park about a mile away. Close to resturants and shopping. I would stay here again if I'm back in the area. It's an easy drive to Dunedin and Morton Plant Hospital. Easy access to Clearwater beach.

Cute, clean, and close to the beach! G, the landlord is also amazing! Very quick to respond and take care of whatever you need. You wont be disappointed staying here.
