Amazing Stay

I had a great experience staying at this property! Beds were comfortable, water was hot/good pressure and whole unit was very clean and well maintained. Within walking distance to St. Joseph hospital. I did run out of salt but that was only a minor inconvenience.

Absolutely the worst experience since being a travel nurse! Moderately sketchy area. 2 minutes to AVC St. Joseph. Charged different rate for another travel nurse renting the attached (mirrored) unit. Pushy when wanting to sign an extension and tried to bully me into signing before extension paperwork was signed. He sent the same messages to the other travel nurse. Tried to charge for damages until I sent him pictures again disputing the damage claims. I had to ask repeatedly, for over a month, to have my deposit returned. I had to state Kansas law for deposit return and notify of my intent to file before he finally stopped ignoring me and agreed to return the deposit. He then took another week to mail the check. The other travel nurse also had a difficult time receiving her deposit refund. The beds in one unit were comfortable but the mirrored unit were hard. He does have television in both rooms and the living room and full length mirrors. I had to provide a wet/dry mop (which is often forgotten by LLs). Decent lighting throughout. Overall, I would stay in a safer area AND I only recommend this place if you intend to walk (probably not a good idea) to and from work.
