Perfect clean and quiet
I stayed here when I did a contract at Kaiser Richmond. Commute was 10-15 minutes. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. As a female nurse traveler the safety was very important to me! House is clean and very comfortable. Landlord is a nurse and very easy to communicate with and relatable. I let him know my schedule and he was always very quiet so I could sleep. Plenty of space in the fridge for my food. Brand new linens were provided and the bed seemed brand new and very comfy. Street parking but in this neighborhood it is not a problem because there is plenty of space. I would stay here again if I came back for a contract.
