Fifth Wheel on Gated Private Property - Full Hook Ups

We own a fifth wheel trailer that we don't get to use as often as wed like. Its 40 ft long, has a high ceiling and 1 1/2 bathrooms. The trailer sits on the property of our 5 acre private residence. We have a private driveway and the entrance is gated. We have three dwarf goats, two goldendoodles, and about 15 chickens.
