This rental was absolutely perfect for my 1 month rotation away from home! It was 20 minutes away from anything I needed, the rental was clean and safe, and Dianne was the absolute best! 10/10 would recommend staying here.

Best stay in Jax!!!
Amazing Stay! D was very accommodating and their place had all the necessities you could need. The location was great! Within 30 minutes from downtown and the beach. I could'nt have asked for a better host and location!!!

Amazing Stay
Amazing stay with an amazing host. Dianne and her husband were amazing host and made the place feel like home. Everything was clean, access to most things we needed, and anything we would ask for they would try to accommodate. Would love to stay again!

Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Hospitality!
I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this apartment. D's hospitality was beyond amazing-she was incredibly kind and always available to help. The apartment itself was spacious, super clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I felt very safe throughout my time there. The location was also perfect, with easy access to local amenities and transportation. Any minor issues that came up were resolved immediately, thanks to D's attentiveness. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

Truly a home away from home!
We had the pleasure of staying with D for four months and it truly was a home away from home. Cozy beds, a fully equipped kitchen, extra linens, towels, and blankets, plenty of hot water, and excellent wi-fi plus a smart tv for streaming. My sister and I felt safe and very comfortable thanks to D, who is a dear, kind, lovely person and a wonderful hostess. Thank you, D!

Great experience
I had a great experience with D ! Her property was beautifully furnished with a homey feel. It was stocked with house necessities such as fresh sheets, kitchen supplies, and fun extras like deck furniture, large yard, and a hammock. D also was welcoming and made me comfortable the entire time. It was a great experience!
