Excellent Stay!
David and Mari went above and beyond to accommodate and ensure my stay was comfortable. When there was any issue whatsoever, they both were quick to resolve the issue and periodically checked in to ask how my stay was. I ended up staying a year and a half instead of four months. The casita was always furnished and stocked appropriately with everything I needed (e.g., kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies, comfortable sheets, etc.). It's also a beautiful place to stay and located in a quiet area with lots of nature/easy access to hiking trails. I couldn't have asked for a better stay and 1000% recommend staying here.

Great place to stay
The casita has become a lovely place to live while working in Austin. The home is quiet, within walking distance from the greenbelt trails, and private. Mari and David are great landlords who are efficient and reliable! My husband and I stayed in this Casita and it was comfortable with the occasional guest staying in the loft. Living in this area of town was the biggest reason we will always love Austin, TX.
