VERY Peaceful, Private Solo Suite - 5 min walk...

GREAT PLACE TO RELAX

I have lived here at the property for 4 months. Has been the best place to live thats close to the airport with great room mates. The property is clean and tidy all around. Anytime we needed anything the landlords got us taken care of. The place is cozy and quiet. The land lords are very attentive to anything we needed or had any questions. If u like a place that feels like home come here. Great for short or long term. Will miss this place. Only reason Im leaving is I am getting transferred to Chicago but otherwise I would be here for much longer. Thanks C & T. Everyone will be missed

Wonderful Stay!

Everything about my stay was terrific! From the welcome gift to the quietness and cleanliness of the house and neighborhood to Cassandra's prompt response to my questions or concerns, she was very understanding and helpful. She continuously checks on you, and I was glad to have a fellow Christian as a landlord! I felt at ease with security. The housemates were a bonus, especially Chris! I even got a card when I was leaving, fantastic!

Great Stay

S and T are as responsive as it gets. The mates were friendly and respectful. The house remains clean and everything works. The area is peaceful and quiet.

Best place I've stayed at yet

I am a travelling nurse so move to temporary rentals often, this was hands down the best place that i have stayed. The property was clean, neat, and very functional and the landlords were very nice, responsive and helpful. They provided great recommendations and helped me navigate a new state with ease. The best part was that this unit has a home gym so i didnt have to go out of my way to find a gym that worked with my night shift schedule. Highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful Stay

Stayed in the shared suite for several months and enjoyed my time there. Landlord is very attentive and the suitemates all got along well. The suite has everything you could need such as toiletries, kitchen and cleaning supplies. The area is quiet and I immediately felt comfortable and welcomed from start to end. Would recommend this property in a heartbeat.

Travel Nurse review

This was the best stay Ive had! S and T are amazing. Very nice and extremely helpful! This place has literally every single thing that you need and if it doesnt, all you have to do is ask. Would highly recommend! Great distance from airport and Newark Beth. Definitely worth it!

Great location and quiet place to stay

Great place if you are going to work at Newark Beth Israel. Its less than 10 minutes walk. The flight attendants that stay there are very friendly and you get to make friends with them. Place is very quiet and organized. Landlord very professional and polite .

Extended Stay

I am a travel nurse on a contract at a local hospital and this place had everything I needed for an extended stay. S and T were very professional and went out of their way to be timely in their responses and attending to any issue that came up. They are very welcoming and always make sure you feel at home while your here. The place was very clean and there was everything you could imagine from cleaning supplies, snacks, coffee, cereal, toiletries, paper towels, extra sheets and towels to laundry detergent. The house is situated in a quiet, safe and pleasant neighborhood with very easy access to Newark airport, NYC, and major highways. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and is very spacious. I enjoyed being able to use the fully stocked kitchen with new appliances and the washer and dryer. Parking was never an issue as I had a spot to park out front of the house everyday. The bedroom has a nice sized closet and very comfortable bed. The bedroom and living room each have a heating unit and air conditioner which is also a plus and the hosts always made sure you had a comfortable temperature. I would definitely book this property again in the future!!

Excellent stay!

There are so many positive things to say about our stay at S. S is the type of host that will make sure you have what you need to create a wonderful environment during your stay. Sandy is welcoming, friendly, and responsive to our needs. Her place is very clean and well put decorated. Its equipped with everything you could need. She is also flexible with check-in and check-out time, which was extremely helpful. The location is great! It takes about 2-3 mins to get to work (Beth Israel Medical Center) Dont have any second thoughts and just book her place and thank me later!
