A Great Home

I had an amazing experience with my landlord. He is incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely cares about his tenants. It’s rare to find someone who not only maintains the house well but also goes out of his way to make you feel at home. The occasional homemade meals and thoughtful food surprises are such a special touch that truly show his generosity and heart. Communication is always easy — he is responsive, respectful, and creates a warm, welcoming environment. I feel very lucky to rent from someone so awesome. Highly recommend!

Travel nurse friendly destination

I've been traveling as a nurse for 2 years now, and this location has by far surpassed all the rest. The price isn't a gimmick the owner Mr. E really is an advocate for nurses. His motto is, Nurses are the new soldiers". Being a retired vet himself it means a lot coming from him. The room was quiet and comfortable, perfect for me since I work night shift. The neighborhood was quiet and safe as well, with a lot nearby walking trails. This will be my go to designation to stay anytime I'm in the area.

Wonderful place to stay!

This place is such a nice little oasis in a cute neighborhood! The house its self is very clean and airy. E is a great communicator who always checks in to make sure everything is comfortable in the house. He provides you with all the storage and space you could need-- you even get your own minifridge! The beds are very comfortable, and it's nice to have the TV as well. The bathroom is huge and there's great water pressure in the shower! Comfy couches everywhere, and E is fun to talk to, but is also very respectful and will also leave you alone when you need to decompress. He'll even cook so so so so much delicious food, I mean, that alone.... Will definitley miss this place and E when I'm moving out of the area!

The place to stay!

I really enjoyed my time staying here. My host, E was very welcoming, helpful and very conscientious. I had my own room with a bed, dresser, fan, chair, desktop, tv, full bathroom, my own set of dishes, pots and pans, cupboards. Very thoughtful. Great conversationalist, shared the kitchen, living room, front room, laundry facilities. Lovely park down the street. Shopping nearby. I cannot say enough. Really, if you need a room to rent as a travel nurse, E and his home are the place to be.
