Simply Great!

Next to new property with close proximity to I95 and anything else anyone could need. We were planning on staying for 90 days and found it so comfortable we have been here for almost a year. Owner was phenominal to work with. Highly recommend!

Great 3 month stay!

This townhouse has everything you need -- washer/dryer in unit, up-to-date furniture and appliances, plenty of storage, and in a great area. The rooms are spacious and all furniture seems new or at least relatively new. Many families live in this neighborhood and I never felt unsafe throughout my stay. 3 minute drive to Starbucks, 5 minute drive to Walmart, and only about 15 minutes from downtown. I would highly recommend this property!

Convenient Place

Convenient location to downtown Jacksonville. I was here for a 6 month project located downtown. Right off I-95 which made commute easy. Has all the basics one would need.

Home away from home

What an awesome place to stay. Feels like a home away from home, being furnished with everything you need to be comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and a great place to take walks. Close to any store or restaurant you may need. F is so easy to work with. Great communication and always helped us with any issues or questions we had.

Great property! Highly recommend!

I lived at this property for three months during the summer and it was a great find. The location is ideal. The morning commute to downtown is only about 15 minutes and the property is located just off the expressway. It is also super close to great restaurants and grocery stores which was very convenient. The property itself is very nice and the neighborhood is very safe. The best thing is that it is fully furnished, and when I say fully furnished, I mean FULLY (even down to the towels and pots and pans). It is so hard to find fully furnished properties. The house is well decorated and the furnishings and appliances are an excellent quality. It was completely move-in ready and very clean. Highly recommend!

Amazing Short Term Stay

This property is a perfect fit for any short term lesser. The home is clean, nicely decorated and has everything you need for day to day life. The neighborhood is very safe and family friendly. The owner is very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this property!

Cozy Townhome in a Friendly Neighborhood

Our stay was outstanding! The home was perfect with plenty of space and was well equipped with all the necessary accommodations for our five month stay. This townhome truly felt like our home away from home, and the property owner was very quick to reply with anything we needed! The neighborhood was conveniently located within easy driving distance to the St John's Town Center, NAS Jacksonville, Downtown Riverside, Jacksonville Beach, and tons of good restaurants. The neighborhood was also tucked away from the main roads and made for a great place to go walking and enjoy time outside. The neighbors were also very friendly and made us feel like part of the community! If we're ever back in Jacksonville for a bit, we'll definitely be reaching back out. Highly recommend!
