Loved my time at the annex. A very comfortable stay with tons of charm. Great communication with the landlord, couldn’t ask for more.

Perfect!

Samita IS the best landlord! Always answered my questions and quickly resolved any concerns. I stayed 3 months and was very comfortable, especially the bed! I made friends in the neighborhood and easily found my way around. The house is close to everything; grocery, restaurants and even a reliable car repair service that I needed while I was there. If I need to return for any length of time in the future I will definitely give Samita a call! I so enjoyed my stay!

Samita was the best hostess Ive ever had the pleasure of living under shes extremely nice and easy to talk to she keeps a clear line of communication throughout the entire process and the space is absolutely beautiful inside and out treat her nice and shell be your friend for life

Fantastic experience - S was extremely easy to deal with & has gone above & beyond with accommodating me during my 2 month stay. The space was comfortable / private Neighborhood is centrally located - up & coming close to everything you would need. Highly Recommend

Perfect location

This location is close to everything! So cute and comfy! The back yard is gated with a grill, patio area with string lights. Rocking chairs in front porch to watch the neighborhood activity. S was a fantastic landlord and I will stay here again if work brings me to Savannah again.

noisy

Beautiful house, comfortable and cozy on the inside however, I was unable to get a good nights sleep due to activities outside very noisy especially the House across the street. I felt unsafe.
