Peace of mind

As a traveling RN, I look for a place that's safe, out of the way and close to shopping. This place checked all the boxes that I needed, with the added bonus of Mr. Ying (the landlord's cat) adopting me and keeping me company on my days off. I appreciated the landlord living on the property and readily available if something needed attention, but also allowing me my privacy. If there was any downsides, it was the nearby rooster being lively on some mornings, but otherwise, it was perfect. I would happily consider staying here again if the need came up.
