Peaceful Oasis

Stayed in the backyard studio for two months and it was great! The area is very quiet and peaceful with friendly neighbours abound. The greenway walking / biking trail located nearby is a real plus for those looking to stay active. If you like to cook there are two grocery stores within a short walk as well as a handful of quality restaurants for those that don't enjoy the culinary arts. Mary and Cody were very welcoming, friendly, responsive and considerate. Thank you again Mary for the great stay.

Perfect Stay!

This was a wonderful, convenient spot for my 3-month travel assignment in Charleston! Mary was super communicative, kind, and made it known that she was always available for any inconveniences or questions that may arise. This studio was in a quiet and safe part of town close to everything I could possibly need during my stay. 10/10 would come back!

Wonderful Stay

This is a great place to stay if you're looking for somewhere quiet, clean, and relaxing. I am a PA student at MUSC and needed a quiet place to study, and this was perfect for that. The owners always had great communication if I ever needed anything. On top of that, the location is safe and in close proximity to many places including grocery stores and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here.

It was the perfect place for me! It is perfect for 1-2 people. Loved having the place to myself. It was close to MUSC, easy to get to everything you need! Mary is a great landlord. Ivory and Domino (the two goats) that live across the back yard from the studio are friendly (they have their own area).

Amazing Tiny Home

This tiny studio was extremely cozy and I felt right at home! M was amazing and so accomodating to everything I needed. Her two adorable goats were a bonus to the place haha they are so sweet and friendly. I worked night shift and I have to say I got great rest in this studio! It is placed perfectly in her backyard where the sun doesnt shine right in and with the blinds lowered, it was perfect. The neighborhood is in a perfect location with Starbucks right around the corner If I am ever back in Charleston, I will definitely stay again!

Very nice suite to stay at especially for traveling healthcare workers. The furniture is very cozy and comfortable. The area is safe and right by Avondale. M is an excellent landlord and her pets next door are awesome! highly recommend!
