Very clean and stylish with all the amenities!

This townhome is the perfect spot. K has thought about every little last detail so you feel right at home! It is bright and fresh and very clean. The location is super convenient to shopping and nature trails as well as a playground within walking distance. We stayed here for over a month as we got settled in Bend and never felt that we were too far from anything. The townhome is also considerably quiet in the evenings and felt very safe. I highly recommend staying here!

Charming and clean, cute rental

We enjoyed our stay very much and both K and D made it very special for us. This was also by far the cleanest vacation rental that we have ever rented. We loved everything about the kitchen. It was very well thought through and stocked with everything we needed. Every detail in the house is beautiful and it made our stay extremely enjoyable and comfortable. The workout gym came in handy although I wish it was warm enough to have enjoyed the seasonal pool! The property is located in a quiet neighborhood and is located only a short drive from 2 shopping centers. We would highly recommend that you consider this rental!

A beautiful, clean, quiet, and comfortable stay!

I just want to start by saying K is such a wonderful host! Her home is beautiful, clean, quiet, and in a safe neighborhood close to town, parks/hikes, and a quick 10min drive to the hospital. The home is furnished very nicely and features 2 king size beds. The layout is perfect for roommates who are close, but also prefer their own space. The downstairs has an additional "living room" with a trundle bed and shared large bathroom. The garage is a plus for storing 1 car and some outdoor gear. Downside is that cars are only allowed to park in 1-car garage, driveway, or by the poolhouse (2 min walk). Never a huge issue for us to move our cars around. The neighbors are friendly. We never had problems with package theft. There is a community gym, pool, and hot tub. Sadly the hot tub closes in the winter but there are lots of public hot tub/pool options in town! Overall I have been very happy with my stay here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious 2 bedroom in Bend!

Loved!

I have loved my time at this property and in Bend. It is adorable, cozy, and I feel very at home here. The hosts are great; they respond timely, are very helpful, and went above and beyond to welcome us here /make sure we had everything we needed. The house was fully stocked with everything one could need; tons of kitchen and cleaning appliances, a great laundry room, and lots of fun extras ( bar cart, sup, grill, community center). I would say the only thing that was a bit of a downfall for us was that the garage is only one car and as you cannot park on street, we had to move cars around a lot to get in and out, but it was definitely manageable. The neighborhood is also great, very quiet. Lots of grocery and errand stores close by, but about a 10 minute drive to downtown. Overall, I highly enjoyed our stay here. The hosts are fantastic people and have lots of great recommendations for the area. I would 100% stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay at this home! It was extremely clean, incredibly comfortable, had everything we needed for our stay and then some. I wanted to take the soft leather couch home with me! It's in a great area, wonderful neighborhood and is walkable to several amazing restaurants and parks. Owners were awesome local people with great suggestions. A fantastic experience with zero regrets.
