Great hosts and lovely neighborhood!

This is a super cute apartment in a lovely neighborhood with friendly and attentive hosts. The hosts were quick to answer any questions I had; they even had suggestions and references for local places for me to check out. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe and there was even a nearby walking trail for me to take my dog on. I didn't have any issues while I was here, everything worked and was clean. I really enjoyed my stay here during my couple months in Houston and will definitely check its availability next time I'm in town!

perfect for travel nurses!

Highly recommend this studio apartment! Very cozy, comfortable and thoughtful setup. I had everything I needed for a seven week stay while starting a new job at the medical center. Very easy commute to TMC, safe and walkable neighborhood, great parking, laundry downstairs. The hosts are so friendly and live on site, but the studio is very private. Would stay again!

Great place and Fantastic Landlord!!

This place is so cute and has everything you need for a comfortable stay! The location is centrally located so it is easy to get anywhere in the city. I loved the decor and openness of the space. As a single female traveling to a new city the location is save and as the added benefit of a very walkable neighborhood. Additionally, M is so responsive and helpful. Anything you may need and he will help you right away. He even noticed that there was not pantry storage in the unit and installed in a small storage cabinet to help accommodate. And that is just one example. He and his family are a delight and so kind. This was a great place and a wonderful experience!
