I stayed at CheyAnne's place for a month and I wanted to stay longer! Her place offered a wonderful retreat away from the city. The small yard and ample green hills in the back were perfect for my cat and I to relax and play. The location is secluded enough to feel like you're in nature but is also a short drive to stores and restaurants. The home has all the amenities you need (including smart TVs), friendly neighbors, and beautiful Oregon views. I would definitely stay here again.
I cant say enough good things about CheyAnne and this cute little cottage. It is the perfect spot for all your travel needs. She just updated the floors (which look fabulous) so please take care of them! The neighbors are super friendly and take your trash down for trash day. Theres a yard in the back for your doggie friend to go play and run as well. Would definitely come back!

I am a single mom born and raised in Southern Oregon. Ive had a great nurse rental up in Roseburg since 2022 and enjoy meeting all the new people that come visit our state. I do the best I can to accommodate and make places homey and comfortable. Keep in mind Im not a slumlord or a millionaire so Ive been chipping away at home improvements to make your stay as pleasant as I can. The riverfront home in Gold Hill (basically Rogue River) is the newest addition to have a cute spot right on the right and close to both Grants Pass and Medford.
