One best place and the best host

H is one best hosts. The property is clean and has little all the small things(obviously big ones) that one would have in their home. She would get it fixed or replaced right away if anything got broke down. My wife and I enjoyed our time at this place and would definitely keep it as first priority if we visit Maryland.

A wonderful stay at lovely house

I had a great time staying at the house. Our landlord was very accommodating and made the stay pleasant by equipping the home and checking in regularly. The house is in a very safe residential area in Rosedale. I was working at Medstar Franklin Square which was walkable from the house. 3 major bus lines - 36, 63, and 56 are a short walk from the house so it is well-connected if one does not have a car. The house is situated in a beautiful neighborhood and is very peaceful all day. I stayed in a bedroom on the second floor and had access to a shared washroom which was well-stocked and clean at all times. A W/D is just outside the bedroom making it super convenient. There are TVs in all rooms and the living room -the shared area is fabulous. The landlord has done a great job making the house functional, including a work desk with charging ports in the common area and many cooking appliances - an air flyer and a rice cooker in the kitchen! Overall - 10/10 experience. Thank you!
