It is close to a public beach and park and bike path. It is also close to several restaurants , diners and a grocery store. It is a short drive to UVM medical center and downtown Burlington.

The cottage is available to from September 8th 2026 until November 1st 2026. We will consider 1 small well trained dog or 1 indoor cat that does not scratch furniture and is litter trained. Thanks!
