The Perfect Hawaiian Apartment!

I can't speak highly enough of this apartment. It was the perfect home for me while I lived in Hawai'i for a year. I was on a contract and required a lot of flexibility. R, the landlord, went above and beyond for me. He provided my employer with a daily rate, which made accounting easy. R is a joy to work with because he is very accommodating. He priced the apartment fairly and provided me with everything I could have possibly needed during my stay. The apartment building is stunning, with some of the best grounds and gardens in the city. It feels like a high-end hotel but lives like a home. It is adorned with native plants, a relaxing koi pond, a large pool/hot tub, tennis courts, outdoor cooking areas, and 24/7 security. The area is very walkable, with clean sidewalks for jogging or hitting the town. You are never far away from something exciting! I can't wait to come back and stay at Liliuokalani Gardens. I highly recommend this place to all travelers and workers. You will love it!

Amazing condo and lovely owner

We recently stayed at R's condo for three months, and it was a fantastic experience! R himself was incredibly accommodating, responding quickly to our inquiries and even going above and beyond by providing numerous local recommendations. The condo was impressively equipped, with a well-stocked kitchen, ample linens, and in-unit laundry. As for the building and its location, it was nothing short of perfect. The well-maintained grounds were lush and inviting, and the pool and hot tub were definite highlights. Additionally, the condo's location was ideal - a short walk to the beach and nearby numerous restaurants and bars, yet far enough to ensure a peaceful, quiet atmosphere. Would highly recommend for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Local Waikiki high rise w a view

My coworker and I stayed here while working at the Blaisdell Theater in Honolulu. We biked to from work, or took Da Bus plenty of options-was easy. So close to Waikiki Beach! Only set back a few blocks but out of the tourist scene. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets, Diamondhead views. R was great easy to work with, very friendly. The pool and hot tub are amazing. Most of my coworkers stayed closer to Theater way more $$$, smaller apts, and didn't have the garden, pool, & hot tub, & even tennis courts. The condo itself was beautiful.

Its an amazing apartment! Worth every penny. R is an incredible host - he went above and beyond for our needs and filled the fridge before we arrived with the starter kit (milk coffee etc) Right on Waikiki beach but also very secluded in its own way, this property & apartment is perfect for anyone who is visiting or looking for a long term rental. Id strongly suggest it. The view and the layout & having a washer and dryer in the apartment, the pool, the atmosphere is just everything you will need!
