Do not recommend

The worst part of this rental is the on-site landlord. No free access to washer/dryer. I was told I had to make arrangements to use them by the landlord who ignored my texts and questions. Theres not a real parking space (youre safer finding street parking to avoid someone breaking in or hitting your vehicle in the narrow alley). This unit is absolutely not dog friendly. There is zero yard access (the pictures are deceiving) and a decent walk down the entire alley to find a place for your dog to go poo/pee. The window a/c unit is not enough to cool the place. Very hot and stuffy (bring a fan). Ice machine and water on the fridge dont work. The landlord is unbelievably rude and unresponsive to basic things any landlord should address right away. I was talked down to multiple times by her. I felt so uncomfortable during my stay. I had to leave early due my Fathers passing and she kept my pet deposit, plus $300 cleaning fee and a whole month of rent. I was there 4 days total.
