Home away from home

By far the most comfortable and accommodating apartment I've ever stayed at as a travel nurse! Great space, location, neighborhood and hosts. Stayed for 5 months without a single problem. The hosts are lovely and responsive. The apartment is clean and functional with a fantastic home gym in the garage. I would 15/10 recommend this place to anyone needing a temporary home in Modesto to set up base! It was the most stress free stay I've ever had.

Hidden gem!

Truly a hidden gem! The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and had a great vibe-everything I needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the neighborhood, which had several well kept parks nearby that were perfect for walks with my dog. Charlene & RJ were truly the best hosts and this place felt like home away from home. I'd absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Super Cute Spot in Modesto!

Absolutely loved my time staying at this cute apartment in Modesto! its right across the street from a very well kept park and pretty close to downtown. The apartment itself is very well kept and has a pretty nice garage gym. RJ and Charlene are super responsive and more than helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Modesto!

Best stay ever!!!

I truly enjoyed my 3 month stay while on a travel contract at MMC! The landlords are an absolute joy and gems of human beings. Seriously the absolute best people that you will meet. The location is absolutely perfect, totally walkable neighborhood with a cute and quaint park right across the street. Large 1 bedroom in law style apartment with separate entrance from the main house. Large bedroom and living room / dining room area. Side yard area for your pup to potty. Full sized refrigerator and stove. Full gym is set up in the garage. Includes off street parking, I just parked in the street since it's a super safe residential neighborhood. All the necessities are provided, just bring your smile and suitcase. DMC and MMC are within a 10 minute drive.

The Best Place to Stay!!!

C set the standard for the future! This was our first time using furnished finder for my first travel contract and we were so pleased to arrive after three days of driving to not have to worry about a single thing. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials, there was cleaning supplies, soap, shampoo, bedding, towels, etc. Any questions or concerned we had were promptly answered and handled. They were always willing to provide restaurant and entertainment recommendations. The space itself was super comfortable and nice. You are only minutes from any and every major store and hospital. Completely recommend C and RJ!

Beautiful HGTV style Apartment

Place is adorably decorated, stocked with everything you could need and close to everything. Owners are super nice. There is a great Dog park 2 min. away. This has been one of our most enjoyable places we stayed. BTW my husband loved the attached gym. Comfy couch, firm bed. I could sing it's praises all day. Neighborhood is good also, safe and friendly.
